They say if you love what you do, you'll never work a day in your life. Nick grew up in the unique log cabin community of Medford Lakes in a home designed and built by his grandfather, master carpenter Tom Carberry. With these influences, his love of homes and architecture took root. He completed his undergrad at American University and his MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurial Business from Drexel University. After spending the first half of his career as a Sales and Marketing Director in the non-profit sector, while following the real estate markets as a hobby and assisting many friends and family in their real estate moves, he made the leap to pursue his true passion.

Nick brings not only a level of professionalism and personal attention to his clients, but also a deep breadth of knowledge about the process and the homes themselves. He possesses a keen ability to help his clients see through the clutter or current layout to visualize and realize a home's true potential, often finding diamonds in the rough for his buyers, and fetching top price for sellers. Regardless if this is your first sale or your hundredth, his goal is to ensure your experience is tailored precisely to your needs and that you are supported every step of the way.

For the last 15 years, Nick has called the historic Haddonfield area his home where he spends his time fixing up the 1911 Cape Cod that he shares with his husband John and extremely spoiled Corgi, Twiggy. In his spare time, you'll find Nick down the shore, traveling to the far corners of the world, entertaining friends and family, and, as always, scouring real estate listings.
